I used to work at a floral shop (I blogged about working on VD) and I saw a very large selection of people that week (and mother's day too. while I applaud the sentiment behind mother's day I still can't stand the holiday) And mostly it is the petty, strange expectations, and feelings of inadequacy that are uppermost in this holiday. The stories I could tell. Don't feel bad for noticing what's there. There are a few people that are above that and do celebrate their love, but they are the ones that are doing it everyday.S.P.
