Okay, so Kasie and Renee didn't technically come all the way here to visit me (something about families being in the area?), but they did think it would be cool to see me while they were seeing other important people. So we went to Olive Garden and had a lovely lunch and chatted about writing and our lives and all that good stuff.
I love getting together with writers; they so know where I'm coming from. And it's even more fun when you've read each other's work and can talk about what you love most with other people who've read it AND liked it.
Hope you all have a happy holiday season. I'd say I'm not gonna post...but I probably will because I just like to. So if you're bored or just need a break from the family, my blog is there for you all the way.
P.S. Don't we match my blog so well? Totally planned.
I'm trying not to cry because I feel so left out.
ReplyDeleteYou three look gorgeous, by the way.
If it makes you feel better, we all said we missed you and I was trying to convince Stacia to be a real person so she could teleport you.
ReplyDeleteI'm trying really hard to be magnanimous. Here it goes... I hope you all had fun without me. *sniff, sniff*
ReplyDeleteFriends are the best, aren't they!
ReplyDeleteSo glad you had fun. Now I want Olive Garden....
Have a great holiday!
It's so fun to see us all on the same blog together. And can I just tell you I had SO MUCH FUN today (sorry Candi and Kiersten we really did miss y'all). Nat and Renee are just as pretty and nice in person as they are in blogosphere. And can I just tell you that their books are awesome too. Anyway, can't wait to meet up again.
ReplyDeleteCan I just tell you how many times I just said 'can I just tell you?' It was twice in the same short comment and now twice more makes 4 times. Yeah, I'm lame. :)
ReplyDeleteOlive Garden? Is that on Planet Obvious Fun?
ReplyDeleteYou three look gorgeous and I love the way you match the blog. Clearly it was meant to be.
ReplyDelete(And yes, of course I'm jealous I can't meet up with all of you but the US is a long way from Epsom.)
Yay! I had SO much fun!!!
ReplyDeleteSorry to Kiersten and Candice, but you'll just have to get your priorities in line for next time. :)
