Already Off to a Good Start

2011, meet my Sugar Ninja Army.

Sugar Ninja Army, meet 2011.

One false move, and you're goin' down, buddy.

  1. Agreed. Epic, even. Also, some of those look like power rangers (the originals), and I don't mean that as an insult to you ninjas. It just makes me think even more highly of them. You are most definitely one of the coolest people I know, and I don't even know you. :)

  4. BEST COOKIES EVER!

(ROFL for the rock 'em sock 'em red and blue pair facing off at the bottom of the sheet on the right. I'm not sure if that's what you had in mind, but it's what they remind me of.)

    :-P

  5. I am Team Cutting Board for no reason other than Team Baking Sheet is overexposed.

My favorite is the one in the middle--white frosting with a yellow outline. She makes me want to scream "PTERODACTYL!" and then go make out with Tommy Oliver behind the juice bar.

  8. Before tonight, I had never seen Ninja Cookies before.

I had also never fallen in love with a complete stranger.

    Marry me?*

*Ninjese for: Dang girl, those cookies are adorable.

  10. And that is the surefire way to get 2011 up and at attention.

Personally, I'd be too nervous to eat the cookies because ninjas might think me a worthy opponent, which I am not!

  12. You write AND can make sugar ninja's!

I'm in awe, I'm struggling just to keep writing. It's a struggle to find the kitchen!

  17. I hate it when a celebratory high kick results in torn clothing...

  18. Oh! I've seen those cookie cutters! Were they at Think Geek? LOVE. But I'm saving my money for the Star Wars cookie cutters from Williams Sonoma...

    HAPPY NEW YEAR!

  19. Sweet!! Those are really cool. Now all you need is to find a pirate cookie cutter and let the epic sugar ninja army meet their foes :)

  21. Dude, YOU GOT THEM. I didn't. I did, however, get 3 inch platform heels covered in red velvet and werewolves. Can I wear my shoes and come over to eat your cookies?

  22. Somehow I missed this post until now, but DUDE! Those turned out SO WELL!!! I love the icing—they're so cute! (I mean, uh, so intimidating. In a bright, sugary way.)

So glad you're enjoying the cookie cutters…now I'm inspired to make some sugarninjas, too! :)

Happy 2011—you're right. Looks like it's already off to a good start.

    :) Kayla
